7. Lets Review

So we are all set! But before we start working lets review these following things:

1. About Institute

EduCoach has a section to tell Parents, Students about your institute, about its history, some key highlights and various ways through which they can contact you. All this gives Parents and Students better sense of connectivity with your institute. The information which is displayed in the "About Us" module in the app, can be easily configured from the About Us sub-menu option inside the Institute Details menu option.

Once you are on the "About Us" screen, you will find some information about your institute which we have already added. Take some time and review those details. You can change whatever information you would like in various fields.

You can add various images of your institute from this screen, they will be shown to the users inside the About Us module of the app.

You can also set events for Institute Calendar, publish student magazines or content which might be useful for all students in Publications and add more institute relevant images in Gallery. But we will skip over that right now, as those things can be added from the app as well, whenever its convenient for you.

2. Referral Benefits

Every student is a direct link to a new potential student for your institute. So in order to help institutes reach to more potential students, we have configured an easy to use Referrals feature which your Institute can take advantage of.

All you need to do is, add in few lines what is the benefit received by student who refers your institute to a friend, and what benefit the new student might get. You can put this information in the Referral Benefits text box of the Referrals screen.

  • they come from trusted sources

  • they are exclusive in nature

3. Feedback Settings

EduCoach makes it easy for institutes to collect feedbacks from their Students/Parents about their institute and staff members. There are two types of feedback which Students/Parents can submit:

  1. Ratings for Teaching Staff

  2. Feedback for Institute

3.1 Staff Ratings

On this screen you will find all the ratings submitted by Students/Parents for various teaching staff members of your institute.

You can choose to enable/disable showing option to submit staff rating in the app from here as well, just by toggling the button.

The default setting is ON. If you wish to turn it OFF, you can do that from here and at some later stage, if you wish to activate it again, you can simply toggle it, the same state will start reflecting on the app.

3.2 Institute Feedback

On this screen you will find all the feedback submitted by Students/Parents for your institute.

We also provide you with an option to collect anonymous feedback.

Its OFF by default. When turned ON, Students/Parents can still submit feedbacks non-anonymously, but they will start seeing an additional option in app while submitting the feedback, where they can choose if they wish to submit feedback anonymously.

The remaining options in the side-menu are self explanatory and will help you in sharing various information with your students, staff members and for managing your institute.
